General Rules
At Phuong Nam Packaging Company, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to elevate our after-sales service quality. That’s why we are dedicated to offering hassle-free exchanges of the same type of product in cases where immediate resolution of issues is not possible due to manufacturer-related technical errors. We believe in ensuring our customers receive products that truly meet their expectations and provide the utmost satisfaction.
Please be informed that product exchanges are subject to specific conditions. For further information, please refer to the details outlined below.
Exchange Conditions:
- Return Period: Returns must be made within 03 days of purchase.
- Eligibility for Return: The product must have a technical error or not meet the customer’s order specifications.
- Required Documentation: Customers must provide the purchase invoice for exchanges. This includes purchase documents and VAT invoices (if applicable). Exchanges will not be accepted without these documents.
- Limit on Exchanges: Each order is eligible for only one exchange.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Products are being returned for reasons unrelated to technical errors.
- The customer requests modifications to the specifications or model without prior notice.
- The product has been thoroughly inspected and validated by the customer as being in acceptable condition. Nonetheless, the customer subsequently seeks to return the item due to external damages (including scratches, dents, yellow stains, etc.).
Product Exchange Process
1. After receiving the Certificate of Goods Status, please contact the Customer Service Department of Phuong Nam Co.,Ltd directly. Alternatively, you may submit a request for product exchange or return via email to admin@phuongnambaobi.com. Kindly ensure that your request includes the following information:
- The name of the company and the full name of the individual placing the order:
- The contact telephone number for both the company and the individual placing the order:
- The code of the purchase
- The quantity of products to be exchanged
- The reason for the exchange:
- Details of the product you wish to exchange, including size, design, paper type, and quantity.
2. Damage resulting from technical errors cannot be rectified immediately; therefore, exchanges will be conducted under the regulations established by Phuong Nam Packaging Company.
3. The procedure for processing exchanges or returns shall be completed within three days from the date of receipt of all necessary information and documentation as required from the customer.
